This machine is mainly used for stranding Cu, Al conductor, ACSR and core of insulation cable etc. It’s also can be used for Cu wires screening.

 The power supply of this machine is three-phase five-wire system, three-phase 380V (±10%), 50HZ.

The unit adopts touch screen + PLC unified management.

Control function description: It is placed by two sets of electric cabinets, including: power cabinet, main control cabinet, and auxiliary control cabinet.

The main control cabinet is divided into two areas:

A. The first area of ​​the main control cabinet: it can complete the start, stop, jog, speed regulation, and emergency stop of the whole machine motor;

B. The functions of the auxiliary control cabinet include: start, stop, jog, speed regulation, and emergency stop of the winding function.

C. The main control cabinet is placed on the front host operation side, and the auxiliary control cabinet is placed at the wire winding position.

D. Touch screen display: The touch screen is installed on the main console of the host, and the following settings and displays can be completed on it:

Machine speed setting.

Various jog speed settings.

Host speed ratio setting.

Production meter length setting.

The whole machine adopts a fully digital control system with programmable controller as the core and touch screen as the human-machine interface. It communicates with the frequency converter through the field bus to realize the automatic control of the whole production line, fully meeting the production requirement.
